Residential PEEP and PersonCentred Fire Risk Assessment PCFRA Training
This practical course provides learners with the knowledge and guidance required to understand and manage Residential Personal Emergency Evacuation Plans (RPEEPs) and Person-Centred Fire Risk Assessments (PCFRAs). The course explains how to identify residents who may require evacuation support, conduct a respectful and structured PCFRA, select reasonable and proportionate measures, and prepare a clear resident-specific emergency evacuation statement. Learners will also explore building evacuation strategies, the Building Emergency Evacuation Plan (BEEP), resident consent, information sharing with the Fire and Rescue Authority, data protection, record keeping, monitoring and review. Worked case studies and a final assessment help learners apply the process to realistic residential fire-safety scenarios.
