If you believe you were charged incorrectly or need help with an order, please contact support.

6. Certificates and completion records

• Certificates may be issued when a learner meets course completion requirements (such as completing modules and passing assessments).
• Completion records are intended to evidence participation and do not guarantee competence for every workplace scenario.
• We may update certificate formats and completion criteria where course content changes.

7. Acceptable use

• Do not use the platform for unlawful purposes or to transmit malicious code.
