MaintainSafe UK was founded by Aamir Shahzad CFIOSH, a Chartered Fellow of the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health and Director of AA Health & Safety Innovations Ltd.

Aamir is a UK construction and housing safety consultant with experience supporting designers, contractors, developers, and housing providers with compliance under CDM 2015, the Building Safety Act 2022, fire safety legislation, and retrofit standards.

He delivers Building Regulations Principal Designer services, fire risk assessment reviews, and safety-in-design coordination across a range of projects, alongside mentoring and professional training for safety practitioners.

MaintainSafe UK was created to translate this real-world compliance experience into accessible, practical training for organisations responsible for housing safety.
